Founders
Two founders, two unrelated backgrounds: early childhood education and industrial supply chain management, combined into one Chennai kidswear export brand.
Founder & Managing Director
Vandalur, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India
Leo Daniel Raja leads operations, sourcing, and export logistics at LAMBLILY, applying over 13 years of supply chain and manufacturing experience to keep production consistent across international orders. He manages production logistics, vendor selection, and inventory flow across the export catalogue, and stays directly involved in shipment schedules, supplier documentation, and quality reports rather than delegating those decisions away.
His background runs deep in industrial operations before LAMBLILY existed: production planning and control for large-scale manufacturing, warehouse and inventory management for high-volume automotive supply chains, and packaging and logistics design for OEM clients. That operational discipline, built over a decade in demand-supply planning, materials requirement planning, and lean manufacturing, shapes how he runs LAMBLILY's factory floor today.
In 2018, Leo began his entrepreneurial journey with Juliet Preena, and in January 2019 the two entered garment manufacturing directly, growing that first apparel venture into LAMBLILY PRIVATE LIMITED, now home to LAMBLILY and its sister brands, Julios Infinity and Seedleaf.

Juliet Preena leads creative direction and product design at LAMBLILY. A Montessori educator by training, she brings a child-first lens shaped by years in early childhood education to every fit, fabric, and finish decision, ensuring garments are breathable, tag-free, and age-appropriate across every size range.
Her design philosophy treats comfort as a starting requirement, not an afterthought: tag-free labels, flat-lock seams that reduce skin irritation, and fabric hand-checked on the design floor before any style is approved for bulk cutting. That standard traces directly back to her Montessori background, where material choice and sensory comfort for children are treated as seriously as the activity itself.
In 2018, Juliet began her entrepreneurial journey with Leo Daniel Raja, and in January 2019 the two entered garment manufacturing directly. Listening directly to parents as customers shaped her belief that a kidswear brand should prioritise a child's actual experience over pure aesthetics, a principle she carried into LAMBLILY's design process from day one.
