Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to purchases made on lamblily.com and to wholesale/export manufacturing orders placed with LAMBLILY PRIVATE LIMITED ("LAMBLILY", "we", "our", "us"), a garment manufacturer and exporter based in Vandalur, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. By placing an order or submitting an inquiry, you agree to the terms below.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order or enter into a wholesale agreement with LAMBLILY.

Retail Orders

• Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully processed at checkout.
• We offer a 7-day return or exchange window from delivery for eligible items, unused and in original condition.
• Shipping timelines shown at checkout are estimates and may vary with courier and location.
• Prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and are subject to change without notice until an order is confirmed.

Wholesale & Export Manufacturing Orders

• Wholesale and private-label orders are subject to a minimum order quantity (MOQ), currently 100 pieces per colour, per style, confirmed at quotation.
• Standard production lead time is 30 to 45 working days from sample approval and purchase order confirmation, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Sample approval is required before bulk production begins. Production only starts after both sample sign-off and purchase order confirmation.
• Export shipments are made FOB from Chennai port unless another Incoterm is agreed in writing at quotation stage.
• Payment terms for wholesale and export orders are confirmed individually with the LAMBLILY sales team at the quotation stage.
• The buyer, as importer of record, is responsible for compliance with the import regulations of the destination country, including any required product certification and customs duties.

Cancellations & Order Changes

Retail orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us directly. Wholesale and export orders, once sample-approved and in production, cannot be cancelled without agreement on costs already incurred, given the custom nature of production runs.

Intellectual Property

The LAMBLILY name and logo are the property of LAMBLILY PRIVATE LIMITED. Private-label and custom-branded goods produced for a buyer under a private-label agreement remain subject to the terms of that specific agreement.

User Accounts

If you create an account on lamblily.com, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity under your account.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

LAMBLILY is not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including freight carrier delays, customs processing, or force majeure events. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the value of that order.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu having jurisdiction over any dispute, unless otherwise agreed in a separate written contract for a specific wholesale or export order.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as our business or legal requirements change. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above; continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
